    • eGifts are redeemable for food and drink at participating Buena Onda locations ONLY.

  • How are Buena Onda eGifts redeemed? 

    • You can print the eGift and present it to the cashier or simply display the email containing the eGift on your mobile device at the time of redemption. 

  • Where can I check my balance?

  • When does my Buena Onda eGift expire? 

    • There is no expiration date on the eGift. 

  • What if I did not receive my email confirmation? 

    • There is a chance that your confirmation email will be sent to spam and/or junk. Please check those folders to recover these emails. You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your order. 

  • Are there any fees associated with Buena Onda eGift? 

    • No. There are no fees associated with eGift. You will only be charged the face value of the eGift. 

  • Can I change the value of a eGift after I’ve paid for it? 

    • No. 

  • When will my recipient receive their eGift? 

    • Your eGift will be send via email on the delivery date that you choose, with rare exceptions for processing delays.

    • We love our guests! We are improving the Good Vibes with our updated Rewards Program.

  • Do all Buena Onda locations participate in the Rewards Program?

    • Only participating locations will accept Buena Onda Rewards. This does not include some liscensed Buena Onda locations within arenas, shopping malls, government buildings, universities, and airports. 

  • How do I sign-up?

  • Do rewards expire? 

    • Every reward has a unique expiration date, which you can find in its description.
