  1. Eligibility
    1. Open to legal residents of Pennsylvania who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. 
    2. Employees of Buena Onda, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win. 
  2. Entry Period
    1. The giveaway begins on August 18, 2025 at 4:00PM EST and ends on End September 10, 2025 at 11:00AM EST. 
    2. Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be eligible. 
  3. How to Enter
    1. Follow @BuenaOndaTacos on Instagram and Visit www.buenaondatacos.com/catering-giveaway/ URL and complete the entry form with your full name, email address, and any other required information. 
    2. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. No purchase necessary to enter or win. 
  4. Prize
    1. One (1) winner will receive One Buena Onda Game Day Bundle Catering Package serving 10 people for pick-up on September 14, 2025, valued at approximately $250.00. 
    2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.  
  5. Winner Selection & Notification
    1. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. 
    2. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone on September 11, 2025. 
    3. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours of notification, a new winner may be selected. 
  6. Publicity Release
    1. By entering, participants grant Buena Onda the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. 
  7. General Conditions
    1. Buena Onda reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical issues compromise its integrity.
